- Online applications are usually processed within 48 hours,
much faster than applications sent through the mail.
- You create your own User ID and Password. Jot them down
and keep them in a safe place. In order to maintain privacy,
we’re not able to retrieve them for you.
- Built-in error prompts help guide you through the process;
ensuring all critical information is included.
- Please have the following information handy:
1. Social Security Number for all applicants
2. Previous and/or current health insurance information
3. Medical information for all applicants
- Make sure you answer ALL of the health questions appropriately
and include explanations in Section 3 for any health question
answered “Yes.”
- Write down your confirmation number at the end of the
application process.
